Absolutely stunning NWT vintage royal blue shimmering A line gown! Fit for a princess, it even has voluminous tulle underneath to keep its beautiful shape. This is so 1990s/ Y2K and by the famous Zum Zum brand by Niki Livas! There are a few missing beads but nothing noticeable. Never worn. Ready for your next big dance!
