Vintage 90s Y2K Melissa Harper Black Floral Dress Whimsigoth Cottage Core Sz 7-8

Womens size 7/8 vintage 80's / 90's black and white floral dress. It has lace trim and buttons down. There are shoulder pads. It is 80% acetate and 20% nylon.
