Vintage late 1990s, early 2000s (Y2K) Express mini dress. Semi-sheer mesh black overlay with blue/teal lining. The lining is semi-visible, but the colors are muted due to the black overlay. Sleeveless. High square neck/boatneck. Dress is in good vintage condition with light wear and no flaws.
