Vintage 1990s or Y2K does 70s high waisted corduroy trousers with a bootcut straight leg by Casual Corner Annex. Color is somewhere between a red wine maroon and a deep crimson red. Decorative V notch at the back of the waistband. Zip fly, hook and bar closure. Cotton and spandex blend so the material has some stretch. Gender neutral, best fits a 28" or 29" waist.
