Vintage 90s Y2K Black Platform Chunky Womens Heels Lower Eastside Size 12

Up for sale is a pair of vintage womens heels by 90s/y2k brand lower east side. Tagged a size 12. Chunky black heels with 4” back heel. These are heavy platforms, weigh about 3 pounds total. I don’t believe they were worn much, bottoms are clean and inside original price sticker is in one shoe. The shoes do have a lot of scuffs/wear spots and scratches all over heels and patent material but that could be from storage or being gently worn. Please see all photos and enlarge to see flaws. Please know how brand fits, these are an older shoe so could fit differently than newer brands. The original Payless price tag of $16.99 is from 25+ years ago, and attached because the item is Deadstock. Payless is no longer and has not been a store for years so no I will not accept close to that price tag price as its 25+ years old. This item is VINTAGE, not contemporary.
