100% silk navy high waisted maxi skirt with white polka dots by Valerie Stevens from the late 90s or early 00s. Navy blue silk base fabric with an allover white polka dot print. Sheath silhouette. Great capsule piece that can be dressed up or down for the office, drinks, or a casual boho look. In good vintage condition due to a few very small pulls in the fabric, one pin sized hole from a previous tag, and the lining peaking out on one side, all as pictured.
