Vintage 90’s XTC of NY leather and lace garter belt

Black leather with lace trim. Hook and eye closure. 4” elastic insert that still stretched easily ( no dry rot). The leather is suede backed, soft and supple. Belt measures 30” long end to end including elastic. 1 small roughly 1/4” tear in the leather where there was originally a studded leather flower that has since fallen off. Vintage punk /goth.
