Vintage 90s Whimsygoth Blue Velour Maxi Dress S

This vintage 90s My Michelle maxi dress is a size small. This velour dress is blue with a floral/butterfly pattern on the skirt. It has short sleeves, an empire waist, ties at the back and falls to ankle length. It's missing its materials/care tag but the entire dress has some stretch. It has whimsygoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws I think it was bejeweled at some point but they jewels have been removed. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
