This vintage 1999 Victoria's Secret slip dress is a size small. This black slip dress laces up the sides, high slits and has adjustable straps. It's polyester and machine wash. This slip dress has whimsygoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
