Vintage 90s Velvet Slit Dress

Pre-loved 🖤✨ from a relative. I wore this to a junior prom. The chest piece is made of lace, with a Pearl bead in the middle. I am a size 32A, and I have a 25” waist. It is also a bit tight by my armpits, I suppose cause my back is wider..? I did wear this in 2018 + for reference, I am 4’11”
