Vintage 90s Velvet Burnout Patterned Fitted Sheath Dress Gown S/M

Size- Marked a vintage size 8, best for a modern Small or tight medium, but see measurements for a proper fit. Measurements (approx)- Bust 17" (doubled 34") Waist 15" (doubled 30") Hips 18" (doubled 36") Length 54" Details- This is a 1990s era velvet burnout dress by Georgiou Studio. Seems to be a dark navy and gray combo but it's hard to pinpoint. Side zipper entry. Back slit. Condition- Has multiple straining spots to the seams. The straps have been shortened and one of them is coming unstitched. I am leaving it because you may want to restore it to the original strap length. The lining shows on the bottom.
