These are a pair of vintage (1999) white satin heels from the brand Touch Ups. They are women’s size 9. These are meant to be worn to formal events and can even be dyed to match a certain color dress. These shoes were worn once in 1999 then left in the box until today. There are a few blemishes on the satin and the heel which are very minimal and can’t be seen from afar. The price reflects these blemishes. And when the shoes are dyed, the stains should be gone.
