Vintage 90’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Masked Cape Mask Red Raphael TMNT Vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cape with a built-in mask on hood. Mask is red, depicting the character Raphael. Artwork on cape is thick vinyl like on 90’s clothing. I am unsure of exact date of manufacture, as no tags exist on cape. Very good condition for age. Red mask area around eyes is glitter plastic. This cape would fit a child approximately 3-6 years old. Neck of hood measurements: 10.5 inches Approximate shoulders of cape: 16 inches Total length approximate: 23/24 inches
