Vintage 1990s Taboo prom gown. Black velvet bust with semi-sheer black split skirt with sequin fabric underlay. Lettuce hem on skirt overlay. Empire waist. Sleeveless. Maxi length. Dress is in good vintage condition with some small spots on bust where velvet clumped together and some missing sequins from skirt. Please see photos.
