Vintage 90s starter, North Carolina Tar Heels, hooded puffer jacket in boys size large, but it translates as an adult size medium. There’s a small flaw ( pencil mark) on the left sleeve on the light blue vertical stripe, but it’s barely noticeable (please see photos). The mannequin is a feminine 9/10 for reference.
