Vintage 90s Sheer Metallic Short Sleeve Duster, M/L

good vintage condition. fabric has a distressed look to it. sheer, metallic dark blue/black duster or over shirt. it looks black in many of the photos, but it definitely has a blue sheen. tie in front, and a tie in back to cinch waist that can be adjusted. perfect layering piece for any season! wear it over a band tee and mini skirt with combat boots or a floral dress! care tags are old and cannot be read.
