Vintage 90s Rayon Lace-up Dress Blue Floral

Vintage 90s DBY back lace up fit and flare dress. Blue floral print with pearly buttons down the front. The size and fabric content tag has been removed. This feels like a very soft rayon which is what these dresses were typically made of. The measurements are in the photos. The dress would best fit a medium or smaller busted size large person.
