It was 1990, and she was rocking the matching statement jewelry sets along with her leggings and Sam & Libby bowed flats all day every day. I am not totally sure, but they seem to made of some kind of paper material that's been decorated and then sealed with acrylic. Each pin closes with a silver tone locking safety catch. The first pin is green, maroon, copper, and blue in color. The second pin is gold, copper and black.
