Vintage 90's Pink Pencil Skirt

Vintage 90's pink knee-length pencil skirt with textured fabric. High-waisted with front pleating, partially elastic waistband, 2 button and zipper closure in back, back kick pleat, and inner lining. Shell is 50% polyester and 50% rayon. Lining is 100% acetate. Vintage size 8P but fits like a modern size 6. See measurements for fit. Pinned to mannequin at waist.
