Large scale floral print woven fabric, off the shoulder short sleeves, boned bodice with princess and seams and sweetheart neckline, Basque waist, large peplum detail, pencil skirt with back vent, lined with back zipper closure. It comes with a vest but it looks weird with the added sleeves, can be used for additional fabric for alterations.
