Vintage 90s Patchwork Cream Floral Blouse

Awesome 90s Blouse that give strong Phoebe from Friends Vibes. Somewhat oversized. Cream and floral patch pattern in the front. Short sleeve, ric rac trim. Two small spots- one of shoulder and one on the lower front. For some reason one button is different than the others, but the thread appear the same as others so not sure if it’s a replacement or original. Tags have been cut. No stretch to the fabric.
