Vintage 90s Paint by Number of the Watercolor Painting Cottagecore French Scene

A landscape of a woman sitting on the water's edge watching the boat with people on the water in pretty greens, blues, whites, yellows, creams, and browns. The glass in the picture caused a "white out" in the picture/glass glare, that doesn't really exist. The picture was created in 1996 and is signed on the back. The picture itself isn't perfectly done, but it is kitschy and fun for a display wall. The frame is original and has some dings on the edge. (see the last pictures before the measurement pictures) The actual paint-by-number picture is slightly too small for the picture that you can see in a close-up picture on the front side.
