Vintage 90s, One of a Kind , Custom made dress by a NYC Designer

This dress was custom made in the late 90s and I promised the designer that I would block her name if it was to be sold 2nd hand online. It is a beautiful silk/ satin material, fully lined, with gorgeous bold colors,back zippier, bodice has a corset fit with corset piping. You will turn heads for sure wearing this dress, I did!
