Looks like a small white paint spot on the front and one small hole towards the bottom on the front. Both are very small and do not take away from this sweatshirt. Great condition for its age. I’m guessing 90s. Embroidered front that reads Oakland Raiders AFC National Football League The size tag is missing, but it fits like a large See sizes in inches in the pictures.
