Vintage 90's Novelty Pattern Shirt Jacket M Waist Length

Vintage 90's Rayon shirt in a waist length. The front features a jaunty hat patterned fabric. The back is solid black. Dropped shoulders with Thin shoulder pads intact. Good condition.
