Vintage 90s M.T. Morgan Taylor Studio black wool pencil mini skirt. High-waisted with 2 front welt pockets, back hook and zipper closure, back slit, and inner lining. Welt pockets are still partially basted shut. Shell is 100% pure wool. Lining is 100% acetate. Vintage size 6 but fits like a modern size 4. See measurements for fit.
