Vintage 1990s Laura Ashley navy blue polka dot maxi dress. Top is designed to be worn off shoulder, but can be worn as more of a halter top as seen in some photos. Lined. Boning in bodice. Zip up chest. Drop waist princess cut. Sleeveless. Good vintage condition with light fading. At the top of the zipper part of the fabric is pulling away from the zipper. Otherwise zipper functions.
