The ultimate vintage European Summer blouse! Vintage 90’s Kathy Ike Citrus & Oil Button down shirt size 16. Excellent vintage condition, with minor wear from age. Both shoulder pads are still sewn in, and all buttons in tact. I’m a size 16/XL and this does button on me but would better fit a size 12/14 Large or smaller size XL.
