Stunning vintage 90s/y2k Just in Time black maxi dress with sheer panel design. Perfect for evening events. Size small, has stretch. Great condition but the seam is undone at neckline (lies flat unless you pull in it) and seam at waist slightly undone but not coming apart (see last photo).
