Vintage 90s Jump! Brand sapphire blue stretchy velvet column dress with sheer mesh back and Shima trim at the neck featuring cut out flowers, resembling daisies that are punctuated with a single rhinestone at the center. Some of the elastic is a little puckery, but it’s not really serving an elastic kind of purpose, it’s more just trim. See photos. Back vent for easy movement. Jump! was one of “the” brands for prom, etc. during this era. Tag size 3/4. Flat measures 16 inches armpit to armpit, 14 inches straight across the waist and 17 inches across the hip. 58 inches shoulder to hem. This is a stretchy polyester velvet and it has 10% spandex.
