Vintage ‘90s Jessica Howard black blouse features gold floral embroidery, a V-neckline, short sleeves, and shoulder pads. Measures 16 inches underarm to underarm, 11 1/2 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 6 3/4 inches. The size tag is an 8; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XS. Besides some very minor fading, the blouse is in excellent pre-owned condition.
