Vintage 90's Homemade Christmas Puffy Paint NOEL Sweatshirt Women's Size Small

There are a couple of faint stains on the front of the sweatshirt. They are yellow, please see photos. These were all the rage in the late 80s and 90s Everybody's grandma had one and made them for all their family members :) The green puffy paint outline on this is a little cracked, but still in good condition Sizing and material tag has faded, sizing is based off of measurements 20 1/2 inches pit to pit 23 1/2 inches long
