Basic Editions has to be one of my favorite vintage 90s brands, because they had such a variety of vivid Halloween vest designs! I also love the fit of these vests, they’re perfect with high waisted shorts, skirts, and pants + have adjustable matching back ties. Approx 18” pit to pit and 22.5” long.
