Vintage 90s Goth Regency Red Maxi Dress 7/8

This vintage 90s union tag red maxi dress is a size 7/8. This dress has a velvet bodice and a tulle lined skirt. It has puff sleeves, a drop waist and a zipper closure. It has a rayon velvet bodice, an acetate skirt and dry clean. This dress has goth regency vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws Has a tear on the back near the hem and some marks I have not treated. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
