Adorable - Brought back from Austria several years ago. I've shown it both with and without camera flash so the magenta hot pink color is somewhere in between the two! Bottom Flare Ruffle section is lined. Very soft and textured all over with a subtle rose pattern. Side zip. Dart in front and back for a super flattering fit. Made really Well!! Sadly I never wore it and now am downsizing. New with tags though price was cut off as I was going to give it as a gift and changed my mind. So cute!

repralexi @ryanelinehan Sorry I don't know how I missed your question! In case you r still interested, the length from top to bottom is approx.14.75" pulling the flutter hem taut. Mid seaming detail to waist is 8.25" approx. Hope that answers yr question - wasnt sure what you mean by "rise" per se since only pants have an actual rise measuring the crotch seaming? Lmk if i can be of further help!
