Vintage 90s Express Maxi Skirt Evening

Gorgeous vintage skirt from Express, purchased in December 1999. Periwinkle blue satin underskirt and 2 layers of tulle, one with sequin detail, small but elegant train. Size 1/2. Some minor staining on the back (see detail photo) that might come out with a trip to the cleaner and is honestly not visible unless you're looking closely. The final photo is only there to show the color in better lighting. I've paired it with a corset, a bustier, and several fancy tops, and all of them looked amazing. Consider for prom and/or weddings!
