Vintage 90s Exact Change embroidered ribbon accent pink floral skirt, size XL

Vtg 1990s Exact Change! skirt is fully lined with eyelet style embroidered flowers and vines. Back zipper, not much for stretch. Fabric/size tag has been removed, but I would say this is an XL by the waist measurement (18" across laid flat, or 36" around). 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors. My chest is full 36C or 36D, my waist is 28-31, and my hips range from 36-40, depending on what a eat that month 🤣. 🦊 Please use measurements provided and ask any questions prior to purchasing - I want happy customers! 🦊 I do not trade, and only model select items that I choose.
