Vintage '90s Embroidered Rayon Dress Light Dusty Pink, Gorgeous S/M

This might be one of the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen. I don't want to get rid of it, but it's a little big in the bust for me. It is full of gorgeous embroidery and crochet. The waist is not stretchy, so please mind the measurements. The tag was removed when I found it, so I don't have the actual size but I would say it's a small/medium . There is a tie in the back.
