Preowned good vintage condition normal wear, no cracks , 2 small chips on end of scarf (see pictures), wearing a red & white Christmas hat, green with white stripes scarf, is holding a red stocking on arm which has the letter P in white for Pepper, 3 black sots going down "belly", has plastic stopper, Made in the 90's, Made in China. 2.75"H x 2.75"L x 2"W This could be a replacement pepper shaker or a piece needed to complete a set.
