Vintage ‘90s Black Velvet A-Line Floor Length Skirt

Waist measures 12 inches across, length is 45 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem (please note the long length - the skirt will drag on the ground for most wearers!). There aren’t any tags or labels, but the skirt would best fit an XXS Tall frame. In excellent pre-owned condition.
