Vintage 90s / 1990s black slinky tie-back dress. Tag was removed but it was Amy Byer - You can see a tad bit of the tag still and it’s obviously the tags from the 90s - It was either a vintage size 7/8 or 13 but that’s equivalent to today’s womens small to medium in my opinion. Check my measurements for best fit. Waist can be tied tighter or looser depending on your preference.
