A gorgeous, one of a kind vintage piece from VIE by Victoria Royal. Vintage 90s top with a black cropped bustier with a sheer back overlay. Fastens in the front with a cross-wrap style with snap buttons to secure. Sheer overlay is embellished with beads and pearls for a stunning elegant look. Sleeves flare out into a bell sleeve style.
