Vintage 90s B. Darlin Yellow Polka Dot Sundress 5/6

I believe this dress is new without tag. It doesn’t appear to of ever been worn . Super cute vintage 90s sundress with ribbon tie. It’s giving Sookie Stackhouse vibes. Size 5/6 Junior bust 15” armpit to armpit laying flat , waist 14” laying flat, 40” approximate length from top of shoulder strap to bottom of the dress.
