Born in 1950, Alan Chan is one of the few Hong Kong-trained graphic designers who has achieved international recognition. During his 30 years in advertising and design, he has won more than 500 local and international awards. In 1989, Alan was named Designer of the Year by the Hong Kong Artist Guild.
