This lovely vintage 1985 collectible fine Knowles china plate featuring Norman Rockwell’s “A Young Girl’s Dream,” number 3346M from his limited edition “American Dream” collector’s plate series, includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Thomas Rockwell (Norman’s son) of the Norman Rockwell Family Trust, original protective box, plate accessory order forms, and information about the collection (all pictured). Diameter measures 8 1/2 inches, height is approximately 1 inch. Norman Rockwell (1894 - 1978) was a beloved American painter and illustrator known for his iconic covers of the Saturday Evening Post and his vivid depictions of everyday American life. Rockwell's distinctive style blended idealistic American images, detailed realism, and strong emotion. In excellent pre-owned condition.
