Vintage 80’s Japanese Black Lacquer Geometric Design Necklace

Chunky, substantial statement piece with glowing black lacquer beads and a bright geometric pattern in Blues, red and gold. Research leads me to believe this is lacquered wood. Approx 18” with increased drop to account for front pieces. Difficult to measure. Gold tone Spring C clasp and findings. Marked “Japan” on the flattened jump ring. Good vintage condition with some wear noted on the design. The black portions and beads are excellent. This is a well made piece with some heft.
