Vintage 80s party dress, puff sleeve

- vintage dress in excellent condition - pit to pit measures 16 inches; top of sleeve to bottom of skirt measures 42 inches; smallest section of waist measures 13.5 inches - the tag reads size 7, but vintage sizing does run small. I’ve gone ahead and labeled this a small, but please review the measurements above Please let me know if you have any questions
