Vintage 80s or 90s Betsy's Things Dress. 3/4 or elbow length sleeves, maxi length, matching belt, zip back closure, shoulder pads. Navy with lime green "button" print. Size tag is faded, but my dress form is a size 4-6 and it fits well, so I estimate it's a small. Please see measurements below.
