Vintage 80’s maid uniform?

This is a vintage 80’s dress that I believe is a maids uniform. It has a very uniform feel to it. It is machine washable, and not fragile at all. It is pinstriped it has an elastic waist. It has buttons on the bib with the lace trim. It is union made in the USA. Which probably explains the quality. In modern sizing it would be about a 13/14 or a size large or X-large.
