Vintage 80s deadstock yellow blouse NWT

True vintage deadstock 1980s blouse inspired by 1940s look, incredibly flattering (but comfortable!) with a nipped in waist, ample flounce around the bust, and classic shoulder padding. Both the bow and neck ties are easily detachable with buttons for multiple different looks. If shoulder pads aren't your thing, they could easily be removed with a few quick snips but they are not detachable.
